Air fills are $5, and Nitrox (available up to 50%) is $10.

As I purchased a chunk of my gear from this LDS, I have yet to pay for an air fill. Now, they even have me filling my own tanks. I havn't given myself a short fill yet.

The closest shop to me in Brooklyn (2 miles) charges a whopping 11 buck to fill an hp80!!! 12 for the hp100!!!! Air.

ThatsSomeBadHatHarry:
Wow, fills are expensive there. I pay € 1.40 a fill for a 15 litre (although I have to buy twenty fill tokens in one go to get that price).

I can actually get them free at the dive club but that's only on Friday nights...

millphils,
I think you need to refer to the thread "You know you're spending too much time at the Dive shop when..." http://www.scubaboard.com/showthread.php?t=150738

Soggy
:D

My favorite LDS charges $1.50 for air and $5.00 for 32% with an air or nitrox card, and $3.00/$8.00 without. Just one of the reasons they are my favorite:D

Here on Staten Island, my LDS charges $7 for air. But they have an air card program, 12 fills for $60.

$5 for air fill.
$10 for nitrox.
$10 rents a tank that is full (of air).

six bucks for a pony or my 130 price is the same
