What's Wrong With This Picture?

I received this tank a few days ago and I was shocked that this mistake was not caught during any prior visuals. It was and obvious mistake, that apparently was not so obvious. The RIN in the photo was deliberately blurred.

Can you figure out what's wrong with this picture? If you see it, just reply with a smile, a LIKE or something, but not the answer.
