not a real SI without any of the following:

konjaku jelly - the one with nata de coco inside
choco nut
flat tops / curly tops
pik nik, pringles or anything salty that will balance the sweet stuff

A big juice steak (preferably flank) medium-rare, assuming it's the long surface interval between my last dive of the day and the first dive of the next day! Otherwise a good Mexican treat, pan dulce.

Will have to try some of the Philippine treats if I actually do get out there this year.

i myself like a 1 inch thick medium rare rib eye seared on the outside and pink on the inside.
 
Chocolate bar (the chunky chewy type)!!!!! preferably with caramel and almonds... very right after going up the banca and zipping off the wetsuit...
