It's time to get my regulators serviced, Scubapro S550 and R390. The last shop I went to screwed up the service on my octopus. I hoping to find a shop that is well trusted and experienced by Norcal members in the North Bay area.

About a month ago I took my Scubapro M25/S600 to Frank Barry at Any Water Sports (on Saratoga Ave, just south of 280 in San Jose). Frank did a super job on it, and the price kind of blew me away. It was still under warranty and I had the warranty cards, so Scubapro picked up the cost of the replacement parts. I'm certain that's a good part of the reason why the price was so reasonable. But what was most important to me was that Frank did a super job on it. He is an official Scubapro dealer, and there aren't many of them around here now. Really, I can't speak highly enough of the job Frank did on my reg.renpirate:It's time to get my regulators serviced, Scubapro S550 and R390. jerryn:I've used Glynn Palmer for years. He is meticulous and he has found mistakes that others have made. I have 8 regulators that I get serviced each year by him. Three scuba pro, two apeks, two us divers, one atomic. He also does O2 cleaning. You can send UPS and have it sent right back to your door. Saves driving and a lot of hassle. You can find him here.

dlndavid:I'm not sure who actually did my servicing on my ScubaPro regs, as my LDS Anchor Shack in Pacheco sends them out.
