Where to go for best chance of shark sighting

I would have to agree with North Carolina. I've been there three times and never failed to see sand tigers. These sharks are menacing looking but docile and you dont have to feed them to get close encounters. Of course places like Cocos and Galapagos would be the best place to see sharks, but these are expensive trips and are somewhat advanced diving. Belize is a great place to see nurse sharks and stingrays and has a great reef system.
 
Turks and Caicos - sharks on every dive all of them "natural" open water sightings not feedings or from chumming the water.....

You fin along the wall and next you notice a shark swimming next and parallel to you, and you have not idea how long it has been there......

Come around a bend a wall and practically bump into a shark...breathless
