I did not think that’s necessarily true. Here in Colombia I’m surprised at how many are reluctant to take the vaccine even though it’s widely available. In the beginning when just the elderly could get jabbed demand was great but now it’s been hard filling up the vaccine venues. It’s weird because everyone uses a mask but it seems many feel they don’t need the vaccine.Too bad, it is getting more and more difficult to go anywhere in the world. One of the main issues is that practically all popular dive destinations are in third world countries or in less prosperous areas with lower priority in the vaccination delivery list. The white western guys gobbled up everything leaving nothing for the poorer darker nations.
English is the official and predominant language here, but not uncommon to hear Spanish among the Puerto Rican population and a form of "Virgin Islands Creole" spoken in informal settings among many locals "Crucians".I always thought it was “Kroyx”
