Anyone have any suggestions on where to stay and who to dive with in Curacao? I have been looking at Sunset Waters beach resort and in the past I considered staying at Habitat but I remember reading a post that said the quality of habitat had gone down hill substantially lately. So has anyone been there as of recently?

My wife and I were at the Habitat about 1 1/2 years ago. I liked the place but is in the middle of no where and extremely quiet. We finished out AOW there. Much depends on what time of year you go there. I was there in August and it was empty.

It is a long ride to town. But if all you want is diving and sleep then it is OK. Food wasn't the best but eatable, people pleasant, although have seen some posts where some people had problems. I think if you are taking courses and get to know everyone you may get treated a bit different as they then know you by name. If I went back I would find somewhere else to stay that had more variety and more around it.
