+1 to the Canon 5d mark iii if cost is not a concern. Throw in a canon EF 14mm f2.8 lens and house it in a nauticam housing with a real glass dome port. You can get very close to that with a canon t2i and a tokina 11-16 for way less money. If you want a nice camcorder system (in other words, you want actual autofocus, evf, etc) perhaps - canon hf g10.

If you're uber wealthy, pick up a Arri Alexa and a Fujinon cinematic prime and have someone make you an enclosure :D That should set you back around $200,000 (before lighting, editing system, etc)

I got a demo of one of the newer Alexa's models the other day doing a slow-mo shot of liquid being poured into a glass. I almost cried when they played back the footage. It was THAT amazing. If only I had the dosh.
