Whitefish Preserve charters - recommendations?

I'm trying to find a diving charter to do some diving in the whitefish preserve that's located in the upper peninsula of Michigan, during the July 4th weekend. Does anyone have any recommendations for chartering a boat? I have absolutely no area knowledge of Paradise or its surroundings. Web search isn't too great.
