I took a photo of a Harlequin Shrimp last weekend on the Shoal. When reviewing the photo, I saw this fish(?) looking back at me in the corner of the shot.

Any ideas what it is? The mouth shape should be diagnostic. I saw a type of catshark in a marine tank that looked similar...

He looks so odd that I just have to know who I nearly met.
