I would recomend Brockville and Kingston over Tobermory by far. These areas are closer and they have hundreds of wrecks to dive from newbie to technical. The water is warmer. Brockville can get up to 68-70 degrees in the fall. Most of the shallower wrecks in Tobermory are all flattened by ice & storms. There is almost nothing else to do in Toby other than dive. An excellent book is The Great Lakes Diving Guide by Cris Kohl. You can pick it up at any LDS.
