I'm looking for a primary light, preferably a 10w HID. I am about to progress my training into cave diving. I don't have much to spend, I'm looking to be no more than 250 bucks. I was in talks with the last one and was going to paypal today, but got sniped at the last minute, so I am looking again. I feel like i could get a respectable light for that price.

I'm in Pensacola, FL.
