As 2009 winds down (57 days left as of today). Yes, there is plenty of time left to do some great diving. However, looking back "Year to Date" what was your favorite or most memorable dive(s) and diving location(s)?

The trip I took to Malaysia & Sipadan Island (fish of every size, shape & color for as far as the eye can see). Also the caves down in No. FL during my cave diving course.

Well, I did enjoy the dive at Mermet where I got to meet you and everyone else but if I had to pick the best, well, it would be a toss up between the dives I was able to make in Cozumel in September. Sure, I got to see a paddlefish at mermet (which was really cool) but it still didn't compare to my first shark sighting at Tormentos. And the canyons at Palancar were awesome too.
However, I do want to so some local diving again. I guess I should have a look and see who is going where when.

Locally, I would have to say it was the Bonne Terre mines. But next week in Bonaire will be pretty good also.

I like diving at Mermet....but I agree, most would rather dive Mexico if given the choice of the two.
Cave diving in No. Florida would be fascinating, I am still torn on whether I want to go that route or not.

This is our 2nd trip to Bonaire. We had a great time last time, so I'm sure we will again. I'll report back next week.
