Maybe you need a color correction, because you have to hide an unsuccesfull shooting... In most of the cases it is not possible to make a realistic color correction. I have manipulated a lot of photos and professional videos, so I know, nothing is better then a good original...
But the whole diving and lighting is cheating. You wants to see something wich is not for your eyes, you are in an enviroment, wich is unnatural, and you wants to show the whole feeling during pictures, wich you don't see in that form underwater at all...
Cheeting can be very pleasant sometimes...
