Yonaguni dive trip from Taiwan/Taipei

Hi all,
I'll be travelling to Taiwan in Sept, was hoping I can do a 2 day dive trip in Yonaguni. I've done some searching on the net to find dive charter going to Yonaguni from Taiwan wihtout any success.
Since Yonaguni is abot 125km from Taiwan, I'm wondering if anybody know any dive charter going there from Taiwan. All I found was dive trip from within Japan, and I do not wish to fly to Ishigaki to get to Yonaguni.
Also whats the water temp in Yonaguni in Sept?

Any Taiwan diver been there? If yes, how did you get there?

NO, Taiwan and Japan has territory issue and Yonaguni is just in that disputed area. In Taiwan, we just only go diving in Green Island and Orchid island. (also located in Pacific ocean and controlled by Taiwan, maybe 100 miles away from Yonaguni.)
