Argh...is the spot removing brush the tool for removing backscatter? I have Photoshop 7 and downloaded the link but this is the only option in Photoshop Elements 4.0 I have found to use....am I getting hot or cold, cold, cold?
 
Try using the actions that he linked to on his webpage O'Malley!

I downloaded the Backscatter link he provided and saves to photoshop actions...when I open the link, or saved photoshop actions, it opens up Photoshop Elements 4.0 but I can not a find a tool with the words backscatter specifically in the label.
 
i can't get it to load with Elements... i don't think it works with Elements
