Zeagle Flathead VI vs DS-V

OK, I'm in the final "about to buy" mode,credit card is poised next to that phone... Why would I buy a Flathead VI instead of a DS-V? what are the benefits - does the FH VI breath better upside down? Does it breathe better in general? Or is it more of a durability difference? Basically, I'm trying to figure it if it's worth coughing up the extra coins (and waiting to buy my UK eLed lamp for later).

Looks like the VI is about 4oz heavier, but breathes a bit easier.
