no, polaris has its own dive center....i am quite confused if la estrella owns cabilao dive center as i am aware there is also a cabilao dive resort in the island.. maybe both resort share the same dive center?

they are going to cabilao after Sogod. b@st@rds. :D they have all the money to burn.

Hmmm thought they were going to Sogod?

Jigo, interesting question. Gotta check... :) But if Polaris is only a resort, it might be possible. But met the guy who runs Polaris. Nice chap. Might dive with them instead. Well, lets see what happens. I might end up going to Lembeh first.. :D

Hmm La Estrella is a resort. Cabilao Dive Centre is run separately. If Polaris is a resort only, I might be able to dive with Bobet. :) Or maybe get Jericho to call his master to come over to help. :D

Now thats a thought...... :D I don't mind staying at Phil Island Divers.... would not mind seeing Rena-san again.. :)

Stunning, Tim, really stunning!

What lens / diopter arrangement are you using, may I ask?

Really looking forward to next February now...

Thanks Larry.

No diopter, though I did do a dive with a 1.7x teleconverter. Not going to try that again unless it is clear we are looking for stationary tiny stuff in no current. :D

Diving with 105mm almost all the time except for the frogfish dive. Switched to 60mm for that.

I will probably want to try a 2x diopter next time with the 105mm. At least the focussing will not be as slow as the TC.

changing bosses?

rooms are easier to get in Panglao, was just thinking if we can form a group we just do a day trip to Cabilao, all lighthouse dives....:D

then you guys can do balicasag, too!
