Yes, very nice job.

Well we finally got to the bottom of the long period of unusually bad viz. Apparently the nurse sharks were stirring it up to try to keep divers away.

We were able to reach an agreement with the sharks through mediation. As long as nobody pokes, prods, lassos or rides them, they promise to keep the water clear.

Once we got the viz straightened out we saw all kinds of stuff...

We even spotted an eagle ray. Well, most of one.

The viz on the Bud on Sunday morning was maybe the best I've ever seen anywhere. There was a strong south current on this dive. The Bud is about 170 feet long and is in 95 feet of water. This picture was taken from the very front of the cargo hold. I'd say the viz has got to be at least 150'.

We had fairly strong currents Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Sunday was the only day with a south current though. Friday and Saturday we also had pretty good viz in the 60-70' range. Seas were 2-3, 2-4'. Not too bad. The water is warming up too... I heard someone say 78 degrees on Sunday. I can't find my machine so I can't report it first hand. Anyway, it seems like summer's here, or at least near.

That is some fantastic viz

The vis was insane on the Budweiser Sunday and my computer said 78.

As usual, I got a pic of the lovely turnicates.

Hey cool pics Tracey! That's Rick doing his thing though.

Someone must have pestered a nurse shark, because yesrterday the vis was crappy again. I think actually it was due to the barrel sponges getting frisky though. I'll post some pics tonight.

Kelly's dancing behind me as I read the post because she will be diving with you tomorrow and I won't.

There was a little song that went with the dance, but I'll spare you.

Hey I think I have seen that song and dance...
