Enlighten me why an operator would need a permit to venture anywhere off the tri-county area? Thanks!

The park is off limits to divers after dark. However, with the proper insurance and permits, organizations can get permission to dive the park after dark. Otherwise, you might not have a ride home once you exit the water. :shocked2:
 
One last question and you all can have the thread back. What park (night dive) are we referring? As Joystershell knows my geography knowledge starts to wane south of Lantana...
