blending software needed

Hello,

Does anyone know blending software that allows prepare Trimix using only Helium and Nitrox, i.e EAN32 ? All software I've found making calculation for topping Helium, then Oxygen, then Air. I don't want to put oxygen, because of security reason, so I would like to make my TMX using only He and EAN.
If there is any software for that for MAC OS X - would be great, but I'LL be great full for Windows software also.

I'm playing around with the IANTD mixer and DSAT GMC. but it's trial and error to fill with only 32% nitrox as some premix is always required. Unless you put the premix in as 40 %, do you have 40 available?

Yes, I do have Nx40 avilable. I've 50l tank for topping gas, 50l tank with Helium and 50l tank with Oxygen pluged into the mixer and compressor. Using my mixer I can make NX up to 50% while continuous blending.
I want to load customers tanks with Trimix. Since I'm not sure if customer's tank is O2 clean, I don't want to load 100% Oxygen into it. I found, that using He and EAN32 or EAN40 could be sloution. I can prepare withever EAN I want for that. The problem is, all software I know allows to make TMX using He, O2 and Air instead if He and EAN.

Do you know any good software for that ? Excel file sounds nice but I don't know how to make it. Can anybody help ?

I think the standart DSAT blending software allows you to use "top off" mixes such as 32%

Build a spreadsheet or we always used V-planners mixer we had 32 banked. You know how much HE you need to get the % so you top with Eanx then you may have to cut with air to finish.

You are worried about PP mixing but running 50% through your compressor?

I use "Gas Blender". That's an Android app by divestoclimb.

You can actually run a bank so that helium & o2 go into the continuous flow stick. Normally brings out a pretty standard Normoxic mix, plus you only really need the O2 sensor to check the the levels.

IANTD Mixer allows you to choose 40% as a premix and as a top off gas, so you can mix & match from there.
