...The weather can suck year round...
We are debating between Roatan, Turks & Caicos, and the Bahamas (Tiger Beach). Any suggestions?
May/Junewhat time of year are you going?
There will be 3 of us going in June. It isn't that important to see sharks. T&C has been on our list for a while, but just exploring other options in the Caribbean. We have done the Belize Aggressor and the Kona Aggressor, but are looking for something in the Carribean this time around.Tell us about the people going; about how many dives, are they comfortable diving fairly deep, and do they all have prior shark experience? I'm not sure a large tiger shark making a close pass by someone who's fairly new and never been in the water with a shark before would be a good idea; I doubt that's your situation, but it's worth making sure.
How important is it to see sharks? T&C is famous for reef shark sightings from what I read; is that a big deal? Reports I read about Tiger Beach indicated not just tiger but also lemon sharks; is that a big deal (good or bad)?
Richard.
