You are much better off hacking a pressure attachment to the pressure sensor only then having full access to the computer's controls. When you see some of Shearwater's videos, they are doing just that. They demo a dive and add pressure to the sensor with pressurized gas and push controls to show you how the computer functions on a simulated dive.
The actual idea you originally proposed is very problematic needing pressure control feedthroughs and manipulators through into a chamber. It can be done but really not required for the test intended.
