let the first comment on that thread be Deep 6 Eddy finsI am not sure how much is from the SS buckles. My guess is at least half is from the webbing and pads. The difference between SS vs plastic hardware is a few oz only. But I don’t have plastic buckle camband for comparison
Having they said. I just return from a Hawaii trip with family and I squeeze some diving in. The heavies components seems to be the fins. I have oms slip with spring straps. I wonder if I can do better in weight and color. I want lighter weight and more visible fins. Maybe I open another thread for this.
