I installed five DSS bungee mounts on Zoops for OW training. I too think this knot will met my needs better than pulling one side and re-tying an overhand knot in the end...at least look better.
 
Thanks for the thread - had been diving with a botched up bungee arrangement on my compass at the weekend. Now changed it for that set up and feels a lot better.
 
This how mine has been rigged. The advantage of having it adjustable is it its easier to keep it comfy when diving warm or cold waters with very thick or very thin undergarments/ insulation.
 
I never thought of using the fisherman's knot on my computer/gauge bungees. It is the same knot I have been using for bungee necklaces for years........Thanks for sharing the video!
