Maryland area dive sites???

My husband and I just got our open water diving certification in St. Maarten through PADI. We won't be able to go to the carribean or anywhere warm THAT often but want to keep our skills sharp. Are there any places that rent out full wet suits and gear and have guides that can take us on a pretty dive site in the MD/DC/NOVA area?
