What do you do with scallops?

My 10 year old likes them grilled with a southwest flavor. I put some olive oil in a bowl, add some lemon or lime, chilli powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Coat the scallops, skewer them and grill on each side for 2 minutes or so. Yum! Quick, easy, and heathy!

    Dry glove fit

Bigger is better! ;) I have Diving Concept dry gloves. The large was a little small and the X-LG was a little big. I got the XL and I'm glad I did. They compress quite a bit at depth.

    Aeris computers

I've been using a 300G for two years and I really like it's compactness and the layout of the gauges and compass. However, I think I'd rather have something different. My complaints are: doesn't countdown automaticly for the safety stop, doesn't have seconds readout, seems slow adjusting for...

    Cold Water/Ice Water Regulator options?

I've had good luck with the Sherwood Blizzard for recreational diving off Cape Ann, Massachusetts in the winter. I got a good price on it from LP. too.

Is Padi advanced worth taking ?

If you take AOW locally, you can ask other divers in your area who the good instructors are and who to avoid. As was said before, good instructors are key to classes having value.
