I just wanted to make sure I have this correct....

When cave diving, we dive 1/2+200 on back gas because it gives us 1/2 in, 1/2out, and 200psi to adjust for ambient pressure, right?

Thought I'd post and ask, because this is something that wasn't covered during my cavern class, intro/full are too expensive, and doesn't seem to get asked enough online :D

You forgot about temperature shift through the halocline, so you need an extra hundred, unless your buddy has Spare Air.

For anybody reading this who doesn't know the people involved, it's almost certain the original question was a joke, and we're treating it that way.
