OK - I am just NOT a good swimmer, and the pretest has me concerned.

I assume it is a swim without any gear on (well, OK - swim trunks) ?

Any particular swim stroke required?

No gear (or fins). You are able to use swim goggles or a mask.

Any swim stroke you like. It's timed, so you can't use the wind to float back and forth!! :cheeky:
