I rode outdoors yesterday for the first time since the injury, a mere 20 miles, but its different than just spinning, so I decided to take it easy. The bonus was that it was to the office of my current client, so it was a 'cardio commute'. Was in the pool for an hour with my full tech gear on and that felt ok and I will be having another go at the pool this evening. I leave for FL on Friday!
