Analogy to Spring Straps for Masks?

The strap does not use the mask buckles, it threads through it's own retainers, only using the mask's pins. That said, the elite strap is neoprene with cotton "straps" and not very stretchy, it is a classic slap strap. I know what you are looking for and I thinbk your best bet is to make one from a slap strap by adding tire innertube "straps" and securing the whole shebang with the slap strap buckles.

I always keep an old innertube (they are getting harder to find) in my gear back to make mask straps, fin straps, instrument straps, fixe-palms, etc. as needed.
