I really am not very good at IDing stuff, especially if it isn't from Hawaii. I think this is an anemone shrimp. Hey that's where I found it anyway.:D

I was actually shooting another type of transparent shrimp, which I think are called ghost shrimp, when I spotted this one. He was much more cooperative. I shot it with a 60mm lens so I had to get pretty close.

F3nikon - I'm not sure what you are referring to but I don't think there is a parasite on him. Mostly, you are just looking at his innards. :D
 
It's some kind of commensal shrimp (Periclimenes sp.).
