1. Toothpaste on the inside of the mask. (I like the Colgate basic, white toothpaste 
)
2. Scrub with fingertip for several minutes....
3. Rinse well!
4. Repeat....
5. At dive site.... SPIT IN YOUR MASK (only sissies use antifog ).
6. Enjoy a fog-free dive
Seriously, spit works as well as any antifog I've tried, is cheaper, and can't be left at home by mistake
