No supplements. I exercise between 4-6hrs a week and just don´t feel any need for them....

I do agree about the processed food thing. I try to eat as little of it as possible. I also eat more meat than most people sometimes I´ll just buy a steak and have that alone as dinner...

I take a multivitamin and an extra 500 mg of Vitamin C.

Fresh fruits and vegetables at the right season,
Olive oil, a bit of (real) butter,
Various meat and fish, but not too much,
Brown bread,
LOTS of garlic,
Various fresh and dry herbs,
cheese,
More fruits and vegetables.

I don't don't eat only ealthy, but with a various and fresh alimentation, you don't need any sulpement.

I´ll just buy a steak and have that alone as dinner...
...yes, I do that, I crave it sometimes.

I take a multi-vitamin most days.
I take extra zinc, vitamin e, c and echinacea during the winter to help ward of colds and other bugs that get passed around at work.

Here's my list:

Omega 3
Vitamin C and a B Complex (helps with stress)
Acidopholus (helps with digestion and keeping good bacteria in your intestines)

Multi vitamin
Amino acid formula
Glucosamine (vegetarian)
Spirutein is my normal breakfast

When training hard, I will raise the amino intake, and of course, use supplimental electrolytes
