Hi I wear prescription varifocals (can't see much without) & need to upgrade my old single focus prescription mask. Any advice on whether bifocal lenses are worth having? It would be nice to be able to see nudibranchs etc again. Thanks.

Yes, but you will need to see if a local optometrist can do or if there is a specialised diving one. We have a few people in Australia who do via mail.

Yes. Prescription Dive Masks in California:

I need to be able to see the camera screen, bifocals are a must:

I wear bifocals(near sighted), bought a custom bifocal mask but I found them difficult to use with my 45° viewfinder - lens line was in just the wrong spot. Went to monovision which I like much better.

Got mine from SeaVison, and they work great. I can finally read my pressure gauge.

Another nod to Seavision.

They did my progressive prescription into my mask lenses.

I was going to buy this but I love my mask and didn’t want to mess with it so I now use contacts.
