Are SCUBAPRO regs O2 Clean out of the factory

I was told by a dive shop that SCUBAPRO regulators are O2 clean out of the box. I am going to be using the reg for 100% service and would like to know if this is true.

Just a guess, but the store may have gotten confussed between 40% and 100%?

I have an mk20 and S550 and was told it is nitrox safe for up to 40% out of the box.
