Ahh, that does look really nice! Are there any beaches there? How did you like it?

Sorry haven't dived in the Iloilo area but I thought there was some diving off of Gimeras Island. I'd recommend Apo Island/Dumaguete area and Malapascua my personal two top favorites. Sogod is nice and so is Cabilao.

Dang, sorry just google the resort - no you probably won't find anything as nice but I think if you spring for a bungalow on the beach at Malapascua it might come close. Apo doesn't have a nice sandy beach. Good luck.[/

I'd love to get to Apo someday! I'll check out the other places you mentioned too. Thanks.

liked it very much that we're coming back in December 08.

you can see in the picturelogue that the beach area is not entirely of white sand.

Clgsamson, thanks for the link, that's a really interesting account of the place! I'm not concerned if the sand is white or brown, but do like sand
