I used Dive with Clive as well; a very organized/good outfit. That said, I was not all that impressed with the diving in Aruba overall. If you're there and want to dive then go for it, but I would not pick-out Aruba as a dive destination.
 
I dove with Clive at Dive Aruba years ago. I thought Clive was great. I dove with some of his repeat customers. We had one dive that was close to 1:30, admittedly it was shallow (30-40ft). I view Aruba as a "vacation with diving" but not a "dive vacation." Beautiful beaches, friendly people, but so-so diving. I like Curacao the most by far for the great diving and topside life and put Bonaire in second place (great diving, but not as fun for me topside).
