I've done both liveaboard (Aggressor) and land based (Sam's). Best diving I have ever done. Both of those operations are excellent but I have heard nothing but good things about fishnfins too. The liveaboards offer 5 dives a day but you pay for it. Sam's was less than half for 3 dives a day plus hotel (Palau Pacific) and meals. Just depends on how much diving you want to do. That mandarin shot is outstanding. Was that taken outside of chandeliers cave, in front of Sam's or somewhere else? Truly a great shot. They are such shy little bounders.
