Renato used to run a ship called 'Ernesto Leoini' and he is the most experienced skipper in Sudan (wouldn't call him a diveguide) with 15+ years experience in sudanese waters. The last I heard was that he was going to be the captain on the Sherazade... Maybe he's getting a new boat of his own..?
