I can appriciate the info here especially since I am about to buy me another (leaning toward the inner tube style), and I realize this could be a somewhat serious problem.....but every time I think about you guys pulling a flag down with you or if following you I start giggling like a school girl envisioning it. LoL. Thanks for the laugh, intentional or not. :rofl3:
 
it's a freakin' laugh and a half!!!!!
especially when you think it's up and flying and doing it's thing!!!!
...and then it gets caught on the rocks behind you...at 60 or 70 feet.......
...and all the fish have that little grin thing going on.....
those floats won't hold up to a fast kick,much less a current of any sort!!!!:no:

I used to have the same type. When I was on a high-current jetty dive and saw the line horizontal instead of vertical, I decided it might not be the best design ever.
