Bali for all-in-one: diving (spots are good but water gets dirty sometimes), nightlife, culture, Quite good wreck diving in Tulamben.

Gilis: mainly diving & nghtlife. Turtles everywhere. Viz is better than Gilis. Most dive resorts are packed with people.

Komodo: the best (subjective) of the bunch in terms of dive spots. Quite strong current. Plenty of fishes & corals, plus komodo. Far more expensive plane/boat ticket if traveling from Java.

Negligible water temp difference between them.
