Me and my gf just flew Tropic Air yesterday from Caye Caulker to BZE for $79 each. That included 10% off with promo code "egrets".

We could have saved $40-50 each doing the water/land taxis but it was a fun flight. Worth doing at least once. You have to be careful about the baggage limits though, max 25lbs checked and only small carryon in your lap, with anything oversized being "space available". We almost screwed up with that, booking the flight on a whim not considering we had 50lb dive bags each, but they were very friendly and accomodating. We showed up four hours early, left our bags, and they said it was very likely they could fit them "space available" on upcoming flights. We left, went back to town, had breakfast and shopped, then returned to airstrip 15 minutes before our flight, and our bags had already flown. We arrived in BZE and they were all on a cart with a sign to hold for us arriving on 1:30 flight.
