Hi. My family and i are going to Kauai, Hawaii soon and was wondering what spots on the North Shore are the best for diving. Thanks!!!!!

Define soon. If it's the next couple of months most (all?) of the diving is shut down due to big wave action on the North shore in the winter. After that, Tunnels Beach is a good shore dive but you should get a guide for it - both since it's complex and so you don't miss the good parts.
Check with Fathom Five/Ocean Quest about when they're diving there again - I think they start up early spring. Welcome to Fathom Five Divers Ocean Quest Watersports
Otherwise you'll need to drive down to the Poipu area - they dive the south side all year. It's a pretty good drive, we went from Poipu Beach to Princeville once in just about an hour IIRC.
