US Navy Dive Manual, once done I would move onto Deco for Divers. GUE also have some goog reading around gear and configurations.

The NAVY manual is great but it's not an easy read, and it's applications are designed around athletic 20 year old men in military service.

Some applications are good to know theoretically - but are not really translatable.

Of course the tables are contingency tables and great for that purpose.
