I work at a shop and had 2 discs blow today. The valves are less than 1 year old. 1 blew at 1800psi and the other at 3400. It is the PVD Pro Valve #VX2PVD-34N-VI
Any one else had any disc problems?

Try burst disks that are integrated in the plug, rather than plan copper disks. Be sure that plugs are to torqued properly, I use 80 inch pounds, don't go past 100 inch pounds. I use 5250 burst plugs in both my low and high pressure tanks and have not had any failures since getting away from disk and plugs arrangement.
