10 foot Zodiac with a 15 HP outboard. Not bad but a little cramped with 4 divers on board.
 
Diving from Kayaks is great fun, I do it fairly often down here. Those double kayaks even give room for your buddy - bonus.
 
It is amazing how much that 10' can carry. :D

I just bought a used yak that needs repairs. A double yak is the smallest I have dove from. When I repair this one, I will be turning it into a trimaran for diving/spearing.

Yesterday I did a search online on boattraderonline.com
I was looking for boats under 2000 and found a lot of them in functional and great condition that would service 4 divers. All they had for the Kodiaks was the 10 and under models, though. For the price, any of them would have worked.
