I am making my second Boniare trip Oct 2 to 9th. Bonaire is 90 percent shore diving unless you sign up for some boat dives to Kline. Most divers rental a small Toyoda truck and do shore dives from it. The house reefs at the resorts are excellent and easy safe diving too. Just depends if you are staying at a location on or off the water.
