today i did my daily co2 tables, and was able to do a out of water static max hold of 3:04, previously before that my personal best was 2:06.
i am pretty happy withmyself, within the last week i have gone from:
1:30 > 2:00 > 2:04 > 2:06 > 3:04

i think the reason i was doing sloppy before was because i couldnt relax during contractions, im much more comfortable during them now.
i can not wait till summer. i am out of control.
from what ive been told, the average person can hold there breath about half as long underwater as they can out of water, i figure if i can hold my breath for 1:20 or so underwater, i should be able to get down to ~32m
my friend did 35m in 1:14
