I was in the same position but instead of buying right away I keep sleeping on it overnight and soon realized I had more money and wanted a something with more options and now about 1 year later I finally have a camera in the mail Oly SP350. Good luck Im sure you will be happy with whatever you decide on.

Olympus SP350 @ $200 from Costco
Olympus PT-030 housing @ $185 from A2ZOutletStore on eBay

That leaves about $200 for a strobe and tray. The Olympus tray runs about $70 and a Sealife Strobe runs another $170 (although I've not heard great things about that strobe).
